Office Assistant, Consulting Firm $12/Hour

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assisting with report preparation
Heavy scanning, copying and filing
Scheduling meetings and events
Writing business correspondence
Answering and screening telephone calls

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of AA degree strongly preferred
Must be extremely detail oriented
Must exhibit professionalism at all times
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. (Additional program knowledge a plus.)

HOURLY RATE:
$12/hour plus medical, dental and vision plan.
