Requirements for this position:

• · Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week including weekends and holidays.
• · High School diploma or equivalent (GED) education.
• · Previous customer service and retail sales experience preferred.
• · Ability to learn and cross-sell CRUMBS products and services.
• · Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Must possess a strong service orientation.
• · Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail.
• · Excellent math skills. Previous cash handling preferred.
• · Ability to function in a retail store environment and utilize standard store equipment including but not limited to: electronic cash register, cappuccino/espresso machine, lemonade dispenser, steam wand, telephone, etc.
